Warranty and Returns

I.T.P are committed to providing the highest quality of products and standard of customer service at all times.

On some occasions it is unfortunate that products may be found to be defective or faulty. If this happens then please read the returns instructions below and I.T.P. apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Warranty - a brief summary

Warranty - Faulty Product (except where purchased at auction)

Brand new equipment is covered by full manufacturers warranty. If you have a problem with the equipment please liase directly with the manufacturer who will sort out your issues.

Second User and Refurbished equipment comes with a 30 day return to base warranty from I.T.P. which covers against equipment failure through normal operational use. All of this equipment is despatched from I.T.P. with tamperproof warranty labels in strategic places. If these labels are tampered with or removed, the warranty from I.T.P. will become void even if within the warranty period.

Warranty - Faulty Product (where purchased at auction)

The nature of auctions and the cheap prices that can be obtained only enable I.T.P. to offer a 48 hour warranty from time of receipt. This 48 hours however ensures that you have time to try and test that the goods are OK before your warranty expires. All of this equipment is despatched from I.T.P. with tamperproof warranty labels in strategic places. If these labels are tampered with or removed, the warranty from I.T.P. will become void even if within the warranty period.

Damaged Product

If when the goods are received that they are physically damaged, I.T.P. must be informed with 48 hours from time of receipt. Please ensure you keep the original packaging and write on the courier's delivery note if the packaging looks as though it has been damaged in transit. Returns

Faulty Products

If you think you need to return a product that is under warranty please follow the procedures below:

  1. Email I.T.P.'s technical support department on techsupport@itp-group.com fully detailing the problem or fault. Please include a contact phone number in case a technician needs to discuss the problem more fully with you.
  2. Tech support will, depending on the problem, either issue you with an RGA number or direct you to the appropriate manufacturer who will deal with the return directly.
  3. If issued with an RGA number, I.T.P. will either collect the product from you by courier (unfortunately we can not specify a time of collection just the day), or ask you to return it to: Returns, I.T.P. Ltd, Unit 1, Stadium Way, Tilehurst, Reading, Berkshire, RG30 6BX, ENGLAND. Where appropriate the cost of returning the product will be refunded to you. If however on receipt of your return the product is found to be in good working order without defect, it will be made available for your collection. Alternatively I.T.P. can send the goods back to you but you will be liable for the delivery charges.

Unwanted Products

If you wish to return an unwanted product please follow the procedures below:

  1. Email I.T.P.'s returns department on returns@itp-group.com to obtain an RGA number.
  2. Return the product to: Returns, I.T.P. Ltd, Unit 1, Stadium Way, Tilehurst, Reading, Berkshire, RG30 6BX, ENGLAND. The product must be returned within 5 days, unused, unopened and in re-saleable condition. Ensure that the product has an outer box around it so as to prevent the original box from getting damaged or marked by labels
  3. Send the product back by courier or recorded delivery and ensure you have insurance to cover any damage in transit as you will be liable.
  4. All unwanted goods are subject to a 15% handling charge.
